WAU is an online beauty-device store offering products designed for different personal-care categories. Its current catalog covers face care, body care, hair care, oral care, shavers, accessories, devices, and sets. The store operates online and provides international shipping to most countries. Its website is powered by Shopify, according to its published terms of service.
The store identifies itself as WAU Global Limited and lists an Auckland, New Zealand address on its website. It describes its focus around beauty and health technologies for face, body, hair, and dental care.
WAU's product selection is organized into several specialized care categories rather than focusing on one type of device.
WAU sells beauty and personal-care devices across multiple categories.
Its current catalog includes:
Examples currently listed on the store include LED masks, microcurrent devices, body massagers, hair styling tools, hair dryers, trimmers, facial scrubbers, and sonic toothbrushes.
The WAU catalog currently contains dozens of products and several category collections. The store's category page lists 61 catalog items, including devices, accessories, sets, discounted sets, and specialized care categories.
The range gives shoppers several ways to approach personal-care shopping. Someone focused on facial care can browse LED masks or microcurrent devices, while shoppers interested in hair care can look at styling tools, hair dryers, and related products.
The face-care selection includes LED masks, microcurrent devices, facial cleansing tools, and other beauty devices.
The body-care collection includes products such as the KIO body massager and myostimulator and other selected devices.
Hair-related products include devices such as the KARU multistyler, YUTO hair dryer, and ATAMA scalp massager.
WAU also has an oral-care category, including products such as the MORI 2.0 sonic toothbrush.
The store provides separate collections for shavers and accessories, giving shoppers additional options beyond the main beauty devices.
WAU organizes its online catalog into recognizable categories, making it possible to browse according to the type of care or device required.
Product pages provide additional information about individual products, while the store also provides discounted collections for shoppers who want to compare current sale pricing.
The availability of different device types means shoppers should identify their intended use before comparing products.
The website uses a straightforward online-store structure with category navigation, product collections, product pages, shopping cart functionality, and checkout.
The cart also includes a promo-code field, allowing customers to enter a promotional code when one is available.
Product pages provide information about individual devices and their intended use. Because products differ considerably, shoppers should review the specifications and included components for the exact model they are considering.
This is particularly important for electronic beauty devices, where included accessories, charging requirements, operating modes, and other product-specific details can vary.
WAU's catalog includes products across different price levels, from smaller accessories and personal-care devices to larger beauty-device sets.
The store also regularly displays selected products at reduced prices. Current sale listings include discounts such as 9%, 15%, 19%, and 20% on different products.
The practical value of a product depends on its specifications, included items, intended use, and current price rather than the discount percentage alone.
For shoppers comparing current savings, a WAU Discount Code can be checked before checkout when a promotional code is available.
WAU states that it provides global shipping services and ships to most countries. Its shipping policy says most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery times are listed as 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international orders.
The store also offers express shipping options and provides tracking numbers after orders are shipped. Delivery times are estimates and can vary according to location and carrier conditions.
WAU currently provides a 30-day return policy. To qualify, an item generally needs to be in the same condition in which it was received, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Customers should contact WAU before returning an item. The store states that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For approved refunds, WAU says the refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
WAU states that it accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, along with other popular payment options. The store also states that installment payment options may be available through selected providers.
Available payment methods can depend on the checkout and location.
WAU provides customer support through the contact information published on its website. Its refund policy lists info@wauglobal.com for return-related questions.
Customers dealing with damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, or return-related orders should contact the store using its current support channels.
WAU's published terms explain that product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, and shipping information can change. The company also states that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside its control.
Shoppers should therefore review the current product listing, shipping information, and refund policy before placing an order.
WAU may be relevant to shoppers looking for dedicated beauty and personal-care devices rather than conventional cosmetics alone.
Its catalog can appeal to shoppers interested in facial devices, body-care equipment, hair tools, oral-care products, shavers, or multi-product sets.
Because the products vary significantly, shoppers should compare individual specifications and package contents before choosing a device.
